Linkedin- Now What

Hi All- I'm a big believe and user of linkedin. Wanted to know if others are finding any other sites , social networking or not to be of value for recruiting full time talent. I've used Jigsaw (diluted), Zoominfo (too high level for me).

I'm always open to suggestions and ideas. Regards, Robert

Have you tried spoke.com? The information is somewhat outdated, but the results are easy to view, manageable, and you are given the option of purchasing a similar function to a linked 'inmail'.

I suggest you try it out,
