 Outside Sales Professional/Technical Recruiter for leading staffing solution provider, responsible for aggressively was selling IT solutions, which include professional services to commercial and federal accounts.
 Responsible for all aspects of sale process (prospecting, cold calling, selling, and closing)
 Successful in building relationships with vendors (i.e., Verizon, CACI, Northrop Grumman, Raytheon, GSA, etc.); then using these relationships to leverage and close business.
 Prospect new clients through professional associations, company research and personal networking.
 Submit accurate weekly forecasts and tracked activity using Webpath (similar to ACT).
 Full-life cycle recruiting for government contract and commercial contracts.
 Source, qualify and place mid to senior level technical and military professional with security clearances, as well as non technical corporate and support staff.
 Recruiting skills include use of direct and indirect cold calls, open house, working with military transition assistance centers and use of Internet to source potential candidates.
 Responsible for making, negotiating and closing offers to candidates.
