Video Killed the Microsoft stock. NO, I don't mean Stock as in stock market or wall street trading, I mean stock like Microsoft stock photo's. I have been conducting a lot of "brand scans" lately, looking for the best and worst examples of career websites to use in my Employment Branding presentations - and I must say I am amazed that many of the people on these career sites are the same..... Same ethnicity, same clothes, same happy faces, same everything. If companies really believe that "people are our most valuable assets" then they must mean the Microsoft people. More on this later.
