This is a crazy healthcare job market right now. Not that feast or famine is a new trend, but famine is not a lot of fun. Rehab Therapy is a great market - if you can find the therapists. Crazy sign on bonuses ($20k plus 3 day 2 night vacations) make me question some companies. I mean, who gives away a vacation before you start?? Warning bells are ringing!
In this tough job market, what has been your greatest healthcare recruiting technique? I am looking to expand our recruiting protocol and to add some ideas that aren't in the Recruiting 101 manuals.
