A savvy reader pointed out that on the same day that I linked to a smart post by Pamela Slim, an entrepreneur/blogger/consultant, she blogged about how successful branding needs to have a clear and focused message. What does that mean for all those “slashes” (the consultant/cartoonist, the lawyer/filmmakers) I write about, asked the savvy reader?
Since it was such a good question, I asked Ms. Slim what she thought about branding for those of us whose professional lives are multifaceted.
