Ray Schreyer is Program Manager of Interactive Recruiting Channels for the IBM Corporation and Past President of the DirectEmployers Association. Ray has co-authored three books: “The Employer’s Guide to Recruiting on the Internet“, “Recruit and Retain the Best“, and “The Best 100 Websites for HR Professionals” all while playing many roles in the online recruiting world, starting back in the mid-90s.

Even though Ray has only been blogging for weeks, he’s already made fun of CareerBuilder’s ignorant spin, passed on his predications for ‘08, questioned job board prices, lost his religion over resume databases and much more.
