Great Article and I bet you impressed the students you spoke to!! I wish I had read your article a couple of weeks ago. I was asked to speak to a graduate class at University of St. Thomas in Minneapolis on the impact of recruitment within organizations today. Looking back I could have done a better job of correlating recruitment to something others could relate to. Great job!
