Yes, I agree. I remember watching a panel talk about ethics in recruiting and I was thinking how silly the conversation was. Recruiters have and will continue to do what they need to in order to find the right person. I was sitting beside Craig Silverman and I walked out of it half way through. while outide I was handed a tape. Not sure if you remember that post.
