When I read your intro I immediately thought baby boomers and failure to develop internally and I was not surprised to see the article address this as well. A couple of years ago I was ghostwriting articles on these topics and the problems that would ensue in the next few years. Thank you for sharing this article. It is certainly something that we need to be aware of so that we can be better positioned to help.
