Thanks Jason. Yes, with confidence. MyRagan (representing communicators) is moving full steam ahead to catch up ... but there were plenty of tells that reveal how far the industry need to go. To be fair though, I like MyRagan and see a lot of potential and the company behind it did a good thing in taking the lead no one wanted to... they'll get there.

But what I really want to say is that the biggest tell is in content contributions. The communicators diving into social media are flooding the community blog with lots of self-promo goo goo. And then I come over here and read relevant discussions, blog entries, and rss feeds that have content ideas a mile deep. And that's a credit to everyone here.* All my best, Rich
