According to Business.com, 75% of consumers determine an organization’s credibility simply on their website design. Before you have a chance to wow visitors with your accolades and accomplishments, you have likely already lost them if your digital façade is outdated and uninviting. But simply creating an attractive front page doesn’t mask other problems that may be lurking beneath the surface. Check your website to see if you’re guilty of making these recruiting website mistakes.

Thank you Adam for great and useful post. VCS take into consideration the above mentioned information to improve popularity and site ranking in the Google search result.
It would be interestingly to know your personal opinion: You tell about content problems and I am fully agree with you. However, how do you think, whether deficiency in necessary keywords over the site can hugely influence on ranking in Google search result?!
Thank you for your opinion,
Valeria.
Valeria,
Thank you so much for your kind words. As I'm sure you're aware the algorithms incorporated by Google are holy grail-level stuff. That is, no one outside of those responsible for said algorithms really know exactly how keyword density plays in to overall Google rankings. Still, many SEO plug-ins stress their importance. My opinion, however, is that in all things Google we are witnessing a trend toward organic. This is the reason we see plug-ins define optimal keyword density at something like 2-4.5%. This reflects an authentic use of keywords without trying to manipulate the system by overloading keyword density. Still, I think the old-fashioned principles stand: know your target audience, understand the key words and phrases they use, and incorporate that with quality copy that provides value for both you and them.
That is quite useful and informative thank you so much for sharing with us
Best Regards.
Alex Carter.
