Animals, Merit and why the Bloom is on with our new Top 100 Series

Happy Monday,

I hope everyone had a great weekend and that all RBC moms got lots of love. This Monday we have two special posts including an in depth expose on the Recruiting Animal here:

"Is he a beast? A predator? A caged animal pissed off with Gen Y whiners and the recruiting world?"

And a straightforward question from a flummoxed recruiter here:

"Maybe I am just being romantic but I like to think that there was a time when people hired other people because the person was smart and hard-working, not because of the watch they wore, they car they drove, or their bubbly attitude. I hate bubbliness."

But wait, there's more! Today is the day when John Sumser kicks off his Top 100 series and the bloom is definitely ON the rose with first pick Natalie Bloom:

"Today, Naomi is the driver behind the software in a variety of settings. Almost any tool you can think of bears the marks of her thinking and conceptual impact. She’s been the best in her niche for so long that her presence is ubiquitous."

In the Forums, Simon Meth asks: "Tactical Strategy or Strategic Tactics?"

And Rayanne wows us as usual with her Bonus Track, which reminds us all that yes, even OUR time, is limited:
