The San Diego Zoo is coming up on its 100th year in operation. They boast the world's largest zoological membership association and have over 5 million visitors passing through their gates every year. That kind of volume requires some serious manpower. However, due to the nature of zoos, attendance is highly seasonal, and as such, so is the workforce.
