Are you posting your jobs to do splits with others or looking for candidates? I read this like you are looking for candidates. (I am not looking for splits as I focus on Minneapolis/St. Paul, just curious)

Requirements Analyst- Fairfax, VA
1) Four year degree and three to five years of experience
2) Secret Clearance preferred; must be clearable (US Citizen)
3) Solid SQL skills used for data extraction
4) Document & analysis preparation, prepare use cases along with quires to database
5) Stellar written and verbal communication skills
6) Experience with facilities management applications a plus
