Finding Candidate and when i say candidates i mean great candidates who match the requirement to a T are easy to find..
But when you post a job posting, resumes just pileup (given the current conditions).
It becomes quite a challenge to get data from those resumes which match your requirement,
fortunately solutions are available for automated data capture and even for resume search.
