Dave Fecak, IT Recruiter

We had a good show today featuring Dave Fecak, an IT recruiter in Philadelphia who has a peppy way of speaking that is easy to listen to.

Most of the discussion was about about Dave's flat fee. Jerry didn't like that idea. We should have him back to ask him other questions.

Good to see you here @Animal - sounds like you let Dave off easy, but then again, it also sounds like he knows what he's talking about, which is always a good thing.  Definitely worth a listen - and thanks for the share!

We started out by telling him that he should change his name. Then Jerry gave him a good going over his flat fee. Then we told him he should be placing people on contract. But he was very personable so we liked him.

Had to go with replay today, but I enjoyed as well. I have to say Jerry raised a lot of points in his counter argument that I kinda agreed with. Thanks Animal (as always) for sharing.
