I'm in the midst of consulting a client on how to make their careers site more effective, and every time I do some research to take a look at what companies are doing out there, I get rather depressed seeing how terrible careers sites are these days.
They are the single most important part of any company's site, as without a convincing, effective careers site, you won't have a strong future of good talent.
In this video, I take a look at the top 10 companies to work for in 2008 and 2009 and show you what works and what doesn't. You'll be surprised how many of these top companies don't know how to recruit top talent with their careers sites.
