Duties:
Lead the execution of the end-to-end business scenario testing for a large scale business transformation program with significant IT components, both internal and externally facing, including:

- Building a highly effective end-to-end business scenario testing team
- Working with multiple Nodal project teams and CLIENT business owners to develop the testing schedule, test cases, test scripts, test coverage, and testing measures
- Identifying the needed skills for test plan execution and working with CLIENT business owners and nodal project teams to obtain resources
- Determine data set requirements for business scenarios and overseeing the resources that will be responsible for the development of integrated data sets
- Work with Nodal Project PMs and business owners to understand end-to-end business scenario needs and assist with developing a strategy to perform end-to-end business scenario test execution

Knowledge & Skills
- Knowledge of energy market and energy operations input and output data to support end-to-end business scenario and bid to bill data flow
- Ability to lead/manage large scale integration testing efforts, specifically in the ISO domain
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, time management and organizational skills; detail oriented
- Strong leadership and facilitation skills
- Understand both technical and business issues
- Ability to foster collaborative and cross-functional discussion within a large group possessing strong personalities
- The ability to work in a fast paced, high pressure environment with volatile schedules and tight timelines

Experience
- Ten years experience in software integration testing and analysis in the ISO/RTO industry
- Ten years experience managing data development efforts
- Ten years experiences in deregulated markets at both ISOs and Market Participants
- Successful track record of execution and delivery on schedule and within budget
