Integration & Market Trials Sr. Planning Consultant

Minimal Education Requirements:
-Bachelors Degree required - preferably in Computer Science, Mathematics or Electrical Engineering

Duties:
-Assess CLIENT's existing end-to-end testing and market trial approaches and planned activities, identify potential challenges or risks in current methodology, and provide recommendations on changes
-Work with Nodal Enterprise Verification Group PM, Verification Planning PM, End-to-End Testing PM , and Market Trials PM to implement recommended changes
-Work with Nodal Project PMs and business owners to understand end-to-end business scenario needs and assist with developing a strategy to perform end-to-end business scenario test execution

Skills
-Ability to lead/manage large scale integration testing efforts, specifically in the ISO nodal implementation domain, including design, integration or end-to-end testing, market trials/customer readiness activities, and system cutover
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills, time management and organizational skills; detail oriented
-Strong leadership and facilitation skills
-Understand both technical and business issues
-Ability to foster collaborative and cross-functional discussion within a large group possessing strong personalities
-The ability to work in a fast paced, high pressure environment with volatile schedules and tight timelines

Experience
-10-years work experience in leading/managing large ISO integration and market trial efforts.
-10-15 years experiences in deregulated markets at both ISOs and Market Participants
-Successful track record of execution and delivery on schedule and within budget

Candidates must have:
