Very good article. I too just got into blogging and am trying to incorporate it into my daily recruiting life. I thought your article covered a lot of good points and it is definitly something recruiters (both corporate and non-corporate) should be knowledgable of.

Tom - Good start. My question though is who is your target audience? Other recruiters? Candidates? You have some good posts, but it was a bit hard to tell who your posts are directed to. Knowing that and staying true to that should guide the subject matter of your posts.
