Do you paper your deal with a written split agreement or do you rely upon the recruiters' Code?

Hi suzanne, thanks for joining RecruitingBlogs.com today and for adding these posts. Regarding this one, You should have a contract and the recruiter code you are referring to I hope is the but for rule and if you have an agreement and understand the but for rule, should be ok.

Thanks, Slouch. I use a one page contract but have noticed that other recruiters do not and wondered if I'm being a bit old school.

well, if they won't sign it, don't send any candidates.

Yes, although some very good candidates suffer because of this.
