Global and Regional Account Managers (Sales-IT- WEST)

UST-Global is hiring a talented Manager that has experience selling technology solutions and services. Offshore, and Onshore model familiarity is helpful.

Job Summary: This role has accountability for engagement management, sales development and delivery for the Business Unit account. Acting as trusted advisor to the client, the main elements of the role are:

1. Primary sales partner; this is a sales target function having commercial accountability for meeting the agreed upon P&L. A New Business Sales person will be a cross-functional report. The New Business Sales person has matrix accountability into the sales function.
2. Full responsibility for the execution of delivery; the Operations Manager will be a direct report.
3. Excel in client relations and maintain superior customer satisfaction levels. The Global Relationship Manager will be a direct report.
4. Build and successfully retain motivated, innovative and talented employee base.
