Wed March 16, 2011 is my 4th anniversary show.

I am personally asking you 4 tips 4 recruiters.

You can arrange to call your tip in - in which case you wd have to defend it --

Or you can just give it to me via the comments on this blog.

I will pass it on to the callers and we will discuss it on our own.

Rayanne - are you suggesting I leave this community?

But Rayanne - what about those (not me - the other people) who come here not to learn, but to share their craft?  Don't we need them here?  Personally I like to read stuff from the best of the best......

Now this is great ...  A little excitement today ... Rayanne even Bruce Lee the best at his craft often said I can still learn something from the student ...

Perhaps (and I'm just thinking as if I were one of these persons but clearly I am not) maybe they would gravitate to places that make them feel good about their expertise.....watching us "little people" scrapping and clawing for every tip and trick available......

Again - this is purely speculation.......

Rayanne,

Are you serious? Are you saying you don't want experienced people sharing info here? Or maybe you and Jerry are just joking. At least I hope you are.

Well, would anyone care for words of wisdom from the Dowager Empress of Recruiting.  AKA The Dowag.

Words of wisdom for the holiday at hand.

Let's hope all the hot air flying around here is not from the corned beef and cabbage that this group had for lunch.

St. Patrick drove the snakes out of Ireland.  Too bad he missed recruiting.

Are you bringing noise makers to the St. Pat's day party or did you get a sitter.

I hope we have a pinata for St. Paddy's day.  We all know how much i like to whack something with a stick.

I had a leprecon in the office today.  He wanted a career change with a challenge.  I suggested social media consulting.  Why not he is a fignewton of the imagination and every other weird soul on the planet has just become one.  Maybe they were all leprecons before they became social media consultants or failed recruiters or some career coach told them to ride the new wave.

Some plagarizing from Maxine, adjusted for the group at hand.
