Have You Ever Noticed: Too Much 3PR Attention

Have you ever noticed how much attention is placed on and by third party recruiters, when actually, only a *small portion (3.1% in 2013, Source: http://www.google.com/url?sa=t&rct=j&q=&esrc=s&sour...) of all hires with (responding) major companies come through 3PRs?
