Hiring Solved has even more now!!

So you have heard of Hiring Solved, you have all read my previous blog on them. Well now they provide even more than they did before. Some of the new things you will see are;

When you see a profile in Hiring solved you will notice some of the other social sites listed under their name but if you look even lower you will see an area called Elsewhere online were you will see other places online where the candidate maybe. See below and check out the arrows.

Of course it still has the similar candidate search function or “candidate cloning”. As I shared in my first posting on Hiring Solved this is where you can upload a resume of the perfect candidate and the tool will find other just like it, They have improved the relevancy to 85+% which is really good. See below the Cloning screen.

As I spoke about in my first blog on this tool, and you can see below there is a “Buzz Word Cloud” that is created with the buzz words found in the candidates profile. An upcoming additional ability for this tool will allow you to utilize these words to create search strings, quickly and easily and of course run and or save them.

There is so much more that has been added to this tool I cannot even cover it all. Of course like with all tools it is a piece to a puzzle and a piece that you need to decide if you can use or not.
