Great points, thank you for sharing! I agree that an ATS is the solution to a lot of hiring problems. BUT it still needs human actions to help streamline the process and reach the right candidates. I'm a big fan of collaborative hiring, which is a great way to have your whole team involved with the hiring process. Hi Keith! I agree, a good ATS will support your hiring efforts, but not replace you as a hiring manager.
