How do you get an unemployed "A " player in front of your clients?

I am posting this blog everywhere and looking for some great responses and then I will share them on my blog as well!!! Okay, we all know when you fill the pipeline all need to be "A" players. Right? Now your client specifically tells you I do not want to see any unemployed folks. This being the case, you speak with an unemployed "A" Player what do you do? How do you convince your client to look at this Professional? Yes we are consultants too.......
Look forward to hearing from you all!!! If you wish to share your response privately, please do not hesitate to contact me. Have a great day!

Submit your unemployed A player alongside two candidates who area currently employed as a compare/contrast to gently open the eyes of your hiring manager to talent outside the fully-employed realm. Good luck!
