How to cement your reputation as a dorkola recruiter

Here we go… another horrible example of the type of cold call/emails some recruiters are sending.

I’ve never heard of the recruiter that sent this - who according to their LI profile, has been an agency recruiter since 2008 and has a whopping 36 connections. I don’t recall having any prior interactions with their agency and don’t know how they have my email address. What I do know is this a one of the lamest messages I’ve seen in quite a while.

~~~
The email subject line was also all in CAPS immediately followed by this content. (No modifications were made by me except removing the hiring company’s name and recruiter and agency name).
Based on this (if this recruiter/agency is even authorized to represent them) this hiring company and the third party agency should be embarrassed. Not just about this terribly impersonal, unappealing and poorly written communication, but why are they calling what sounds like a “resume screener” an “HR consultant” and what type of “qualifications” do they expect to attract for $19/hr?
If you know anyone that does this, please tell them to stop.
You had me at "Taleo"
lol honestly KB this is BAD.... do you think people actually respond to messages like these? They must, or surely the offenders would eventually give up, wouldn't they?
