Having to put together your CV can be a daunting task. Especially if you haven't got one and are starting from scratch, or do have one but it needs the dust and cobwebs blown from it.
In a couple of previous posts I've taken you through what I believe to be Rule #1 in CV Design and I've given my version of a CV template you may wish to use. In the latter link's post I mention and guide you to LinkedIn's Resume Builder. To complement this I thought I'd put together a short video to demonstrate how simple the Resume Builder tool is to use. Believe me when I say it really is a doddle. Even for the biggest technophobes out there, I really encourage you to have a play with it if you looking to put your CV together or update your existing / out-of-date one.
The first half of my video gives some pointers in terms of what you'll have to do with your LinkedIn profile to get the best out of Resume Builder's functionality. I then go on to show how easy it is to create a CV with this really simple to use tool.
I hope you find it useful. Enjoy
