How to source on the lesser known Site!! ASME!!

ASME or The American Society of Mechanical Engineers is an American professional association that, in its own words, "promotes the art, science, and practice of multidisciplinary engineering and allied sciences around the globe" via "continuing education, training and professional development, codes and standards, research, conferences and publications, government relations, and other forms of outreach. ASME is not very well known to us in staffing, but can be a good resource for candidates. Well to do this you need go no further than into your bag of tricks and pull out an old tried and true tool, called x-raying.

So, to source within Relationship Science you simply need to create an x-ray string, like the ones below.

site:community.asme.org/members Texas

Then use your social detective skills and you are set.

If you need more info on X-raying see my blog post http://www.recruitingblogs.com/profiles/blogs/seeing-what-is-really...

Until next week may the source be with you!!
