NPINO is a site that allows you to search for medical professionals based on their NPI number which is

is a unique identification number for covered health care providers (doctors, dentists,

chiropractors, nurses and other medical staff). However few recruiters know about it or how to

source from it. Well to do this without you need go no further than into your bag of tricks and pull out

an old tried and true tool, called x-raying.

So, to source within NPINO you simply need to create an x-ray string, like the one below.
