Not a lot of recruiters try to source there. The reason is simple they do not know how. Well to do this without worry you need go no further than into your bag of tricks and pull out an old tried and true tool, called x-raying.
So to source within Code Guru you simply need to create an x-ray string, like the one below.

If you run the strings above in google you will get the results below.
Now you have a list of article written by people on Java. If they were written about Java those who wrote them are post likely java people. At the bottom is a mini bio which includes, their names, titles, were they work and their Twitter link. That’s all you need to find out more and contact them
