Scribd is a digital library of books, comics, magazines and more. This includes resumes. Now the interesting par tis very few recruiters go here to search. The reason is simple they do nto know how. Well to do this without worry you need go no further than into your bag of tricks and pull out an old tried and true tool, called x-raying.

So to source within Scribd you simply need to create an x-ray string, like the one below.
