I agree, resumes and cover letters are still an essential part of the hiring process. However, the process of applying for a position requires a multitude of skills that were not required in the past. Working with someone providing interview and resume services will give you the advantage you need for your next phone or in person interview.

Many organizations use online tools to initially screen resumes. If you pass that round, your resume will be reviewed by an HR representative. In today's global economy, successful job seekers are able to apply their internet skills in every step of the application process (i.e. company research, resume, cover letter, application, etc).
