I have been marketing my bench for a few years now and have had a lot of success ( Definitely not Phenomenal though), for Q2 I have been asked to focus on two skills i.e SAP and Drupal, All along I have been marketing a wide array of skills i.e Generic IT.
Can any one give me some advice on the following?
1.How do I go about identifying SAP and Drupal Resources (My Preferences would be OPT Candidates, L2 EAD or VISA TRANSFERS)?
2. Presuming that I build a good base of these candidates, can any suggest/advice effective ways of marketing them?
Any advice would be highly appreciated.
