Over the the last 5 years my networking strategy was really more about quantity. As I watched my networking value grow in terms of quantity, the necessity for an infusion of quality became much more apparent. For the past year or two my efforts in growing my networking value have been great, but not entirely focused on quality.

2009 is all about quality, as I often find myself wasting time with serving only the quantity side of the balance in my network.

I'm very much interested in establishing a much more integrated network. I'm sure many of my RBC friends are connected to me on at least one social networking site, likely LinkedIn.
