Enough of Bad Boys, Let's talk about Business.....

What kind of business are we talking about here? All I see is your ad.

You're mistaken, It's not an AD. Its just a solution

Tomato - tomahto - same thing in my book. Just relax and join in the conversation and you'll no doubt receive a warmer welcome. Certainly you must realize that our little community here is the target (daily) of every hopeful service provider that stumbles through the front door.

We're just trying to nicely suggest a little more "laid back" approach......

Here is fine, anywhere else this would be pure rubbish...

You might want to consider deleting all your posts you put elsewhere

This is a little out of control. I just sent an email to the writer of this blog post apologizing for what has taken place here.

This looks like a gang ganged up on somebody. It's a blog post and how in the world is someone going to feel comfortable posting something if this is what happens on their blog.

I love Jerry's ads and I think they do the trick and it makes me laugh and it sends a good message in my opinion. This thread though seems vicious and intimidating.

1. Where do I find one of Jerry's ads? I haven't seen it.

2. If the Bad Guys have decided spontaneously that this posting is a good topic for analysis I can't see what's wrong with that.

Aggie is making claims to a wide open audience. The audience has the right to challenge him to prove those claims in public.

I put Aggie at the top of our target list on The Bad Guys.

But Maren on outplacement firms is still current too. (see bad guys action site for more info).

Ditto on the intimidation Slouch but I have to ask when is a blog post in the spirit and intent of this site and when is it an advertisement? Many of the blog postings here are informative, provocative and a good read, but I don't think an advertisement disguised as a post qualifies. RPO is a viable adjunct to recruitment, and has its place in the scheme of things, but lets keep our eye on the ball, which is community for those in the recruitment space, not simply a less expensive advertising medium. We all have our story to tell, our service or product to sell, but apples and oranges, or blog postings vs advertisements, need to be openly recognized as such.
