Came up with that can be standardized.
Last up was Terri Lawless and What is CRM (Customer Relationship
Management which staffing has made to also mean Candidate
Relationship Management). Went through that Excel is not a CRM and that a
CRMs main function is to improve candidate experience which has a huge
impact on your ability to attract and hire great talent.
