This week is National Staffing Employee Week, and it is the perfect time to reflect on the the valuable impact that staffing industry employees – including each and every KellyMitchell consultant – make to the American workforce and economy every day.  In honor of National Staffing Employee week, the American Staffing Association has shared some great quick facts about staffing employees as well as the businesses that engage with staffing firms to implement better business solutions.  Today, the staffing industry provides jobs for millions of people, gives flexibility to the workforce, creates a bridge to permanent employment, offers a choice of diverse and challenging assignments, and facilitates the training needed to help close the skills gap.
