A while back, some genius decided to cut and paste Full job description from Recruit Alliance which caused a huge security threat to Recruit Alliance and everyone that uses it. As a result, the site was forced to ‘lock’ it’s descriptions in order to protect its intellectual properties and the integrity of the service. Rightfully so!! Inadvertently, locking the descriptions threw a wrench in the way I organize and track of my reqs which caused a logistics nightmare for me. I called over to the customer support at recruit alliance and voiced my concerns with frustration and anger. I was told to write down my concerns in an email and send it over. I figured, “Great! Another one bites the dust”. I was not expecting to hear anything back and I fully expected my email to go directly to the trash. Which would have surely lead to the cancelation of my accounts! Not only did I get a response, with in an hour, I got a call from Lou Volpe, president of Recruit Alliance. Mr. Volpe personally took the time to address every one of my concerns and gave me his personal contact number and told me to contact him and he would email me the job descriptions until it was fixed. The issue was resolves within a day or two and I went along using recruit alliance and have success with it! My hope is other pay services and providers read this and take a lesson from Lou Volpe. It sure would make our jobs a whole lot easier!
