In the past few years the recruiting and staffing industry has collectively embraced their operational and activity metrics in order to make better decisions. Metrics help managers and individuals uncover gaps and identify slowdowns or inefficiencies during the recruiting process.
We believe they’re vital and more and more of you do too. I'm not sure your survey is working correctly, it didn't actually ask any questions about metrics... ? Seemed like it just skipped right to the end.
Hi @DK Burnaby - if you chose "Corporate HR" in the beginning of the survey, it is just a few questions. We are making the distinction between third party recruiters and corporate recruiters, concentrating on third party recruiting metrics.
