Is it safe to say that RecruitBlogs.com is on “AUTO PILOT” during this transition period between former and current owner?   

With some trepidation but mostly excitement--I’m looking forward to what comes next.  The trepidation is there because in looking back, which is only a couple of hours old now since the transition--I liked and valued the experience.

 

What struck me as interesting was when I first signed-up for the RecruitingBlogs.com site, by answering questions to establish a “profile”, I noticed a standing invitation that read as:

 

“What do you like best about RecruitingBlogs.com...

...and what would you change and why?

 

I would often reread that invitation and would love to supply a list of ideas for improvements but soon discovered that I had no recommendations for changes.  Over time it became clear that the site was so well designed and constructed that, if anything, you simply do not want to fix something that isn’t broken.
