Great take on the HR Technology selection process.  I agree wholeheartedly that Trust is one of the most important for a successful business relationship.  Definitely make sure to ask for 1 or 2 references before making any decision.

 

Hire for Attitude, Train for Skill by William Taylor (@practicallyrad)

Some great examples of organizations that live by the motto: “Hire for Attitude, Train for Skill”.  Definitely a motto to live by as you are recruiting top talent.

 

How to Win Best Places to Work by StarrTincup (@StarrTincup)

Some great insights on how to make your company one that employees love to work for.  It might be as simple as “Don’t be a dick”.

 

5 Sure Fire Ways to End Up with a Career You Hate by Chrissy Scivicque (@MakeWordsHappy)

Straight forward and so true.  Do something you really like to do.
