Resource links on JustJobs.com for recruiters?

seo advice from EinsteinI spend the first 45 minutes of every day reading blogs and forum. It's healthy to read lots of different viewpoints and have a good picture of what's happening around us. But, it's also easy to learn the wrong things from the "experts". Years ago, there seem to be a consensus that reciprocal links no longer worked.

As a result, we abandoned the practice. The real lesson we should have learned was this -- reciprocal links became less effective, but so what? They were still a valuable tool. In reality, everything has become less effective than it was back in the salad days. So in fact, relative to all the other choices we have, reciprocal linking should have held its relative priority for us in the lineup of marketing tools.

As I was reviewing job boards this year for the top 100 report, I came across some remarkable examples that illustrated to me the importance of reciprocal links. And so, we are back in the business with a better mousetrap this time.

My goal with the JustJobs.com job search resources page is to create value for our link partners and job seekers, above and beyond the SEO value, so that our program stands on its own 2 feet. If search engines like it, great - if not, no problem, it's truly a place where job seekers can find good career resources related to their needs.

So, please have a look and consider working with us! Below is a glimpse of our resources page from JustJobs.com but every job search engine we run has its own independently managed resource page with unique links.
