I need help in finding talent for engineering/IT recruiters in the south-central part of Indiana, and the well is running dry.  Does anyone have a fresh perspective they could share, because location seems to be an issue, and relocation is not an option.  Thanks!

Have you ever had any "virtual" recruiters, anyone who works from a home location or an office located elsewhere? If not, is there a specific reason why you haven't done so or considered it? I'm asking because we have considered adding to our team, and might do it that way so if you had experiences or thoughts to share I'd be interested in hearing them.

Actually, the recruiters need to be onsite to interface with the managers.  However, they can commute 2-3 times a week, and the rest be remote work.  This is "meeting in the middle".
