So Sourcecon Spring 2016 has come and gone. It was amazing, some of the best presentations I have ever seen. Over the next few weeks, I will be breaking down all the session and giving an overview.  There were 12 labs, 8 general sessions, The AllStar Jeopardy (won by Jim Stroud), and a Sourcing Roundtable with topics such as Facebook, Phone Sourcing, Finding Emails, People Aggregators, Diversity Sourcing and more. The round tables were a 1.5 hour session where people were allowed to go to any table for any topic and then every 30 minutes they would change tables. This allowed for people to sit down at any table they wanted to learn about that topic. I spoke to a few of the people who loved it. My table was the finding email table. What was great about it was I showed some stuff, answered some questions and then others also added their tricks, tips, and tools. Starting Next week I will cover each general session individually, and then cover the labs 2 at a time, so be on the lookout.
