Well Talent42 2016 has come and gone, and it was spectacular. 2 days of speakers covering the entire spectrum of the Staffing Lifecycle. This is just a general overview with a full breakdown to follow. So subjects ranged from interviewing, contacting candidates, the future, Best practices, Tools galore, Using Data, Leadership track, Talent Advisor track, Getting the dev team and manager to recruit, Pipelining and more. Over the next several weeks I will be breaking down the presentations for you.
