Well, Talent42 2017 has come and gone, and it was spectacular. 2 days of speakers covering the entire spectrum of the Staffing Lifecycle. This is just a general overview with a full breakdown to follow. So subjects ranged from interviewing, contacting candidates, the future, Best Practices, Tools galore, Using Data, Leadership track, Talent Advisor track, AI and manager to recruit, Pipelining and more.

Of course, the New Linkedin user agreement was discussed, along with the hidden admission of creating “fake Profiles” by Linkedin.

Like I said I will break this all down over the next few weeks, so be ready. This was a great conference, that had something for everyone. I highly recommend you attend it next year as you will love it.
