As some of you know I wrote a book and had the great Derek Zeller edit it. It is a book that outlines my thoughts, the process and procedures that I used or created that allowed me to have the success that I have had to date. I talk about diversity, veterans hiring and sourcing. I talk about boolean, x-raying, Looklisology, interviewing and so much more. I actually outline and explain the “Staffing Lifecycle, and processes and tools that can help you at every step. Now there is no table of contents something a few have asked about. The reason for that is 1) the book is only 150 pages, 2) I wanted to ensure everyone would read it all, and then they can mark the pages they find most important, 3) I just wanted to be different. Now the book is not perfect, but then we are all human and none of us are perfect, also it is self-published via Amazon.
