As some of you know I wrote a book and had the great Derek Zeller edit it. It is a book that outlines my thoughts, the process and procedures that I used or created that allowed me to have the success that I have had to date. I talk about diversity, veterans hiring and sourcing. I talk about boolean, x-raying, Looklisology, interviewing and so much more. I actually outline and explain the “Staffing Lifecycle, and processes and tools that can help you at every step. Now there is no table of contents something a few have asked about. The reason for that is 1) the book is only 150 pages, 2) I wanted to ensure everyone would read it all, and then they can mark the pages they find most important, 3) I just wanted to be different. Now the book is not perfect, but then we are all human and none of us are perfect, also it is self-published via Amazon.

As I say in the book my motivation for this is simple, I want to provide something that would help others so that no one would have to go through what I did on my first staffing job. You can get the book to read the story J.

Now don’t think for 1 minute I ma just going to leave you with a shameless plug. I am not, instead I am going to give you a gift, a list of some Custom Search Engines that I and others have created that can help you source. Just copy the link to your browser

Shout out to; Greg Hawkes, Irina Shamaeva, Jonathan Kidder, and many others.

Until next week.
