Over the past few weeks I have been adding data about global recruitment to our company website. After sharing this information through social media a few times, I noticed this incredible increase in traffic on the website and started getting phone calls from people requesting even more (detailed) data.
The overwhelming response got me thinking about the apparent demand and interest for the use of data in global recruitment. Therefore, I decided to devote some more time to sharing this kind of information on our website in order to help recruiters worldwide.
Currently the website has recruitment data about Europe, North America and selected South American countries. For each of these country there is a list of most frequently used recruitment channels, job boards and social media channels. Also, there is information about what drives and motivates the professionals when choosing an employer. This data has been outlined for engineers, IT specialists and marketing & communication specialists. The plan is to further enrich the information by:
